Each member of our patient watch team has years of experience in mental health as well as professional security. They treat patients with dignity and respect, and stay conscious of particular requirements.
Our crew is there to support your medical team in an emergency and to assist them in any way they can. Patient watch is not limited to a hospital ward. Our security personnel can also assist paramedics and ambulance staff with transporting a violent patient to or from hospital.
All our patient watch staff are fully licensed by the Security Industry Authority. They have received restraint training for instances where a patient poses a physical threat to themselves or others. Each member of the team has an enhanced DBS check and can be relied upon to act with due care and discretion.
